Search Entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Oklahoma Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. Review the provider's policy before submitting a query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we retain what is needed to respond. The message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. VINE phone numbers, email destinations, and confirmation PINs should be entered only in the official VINE interface.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine server and analytics records may collect technical details when a page loads, including:
- Your internet protocol address
- The browser name and version
- The device class and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when available
- The date and time of each request
Cookies
Cookies help measure how visitors use the site and support some features. Browser controls can reject or remove cookies, although blocking them may change how a tool or page works.
How Information Is Used
- Operate the site and maintain reasonable performance
- Send search requests to the selected partner tool
- Measure which Oklahoma release-record pages visitors use

Other Websites and Services
Links lead to county jail systems, sheriff and corrections pages, ODOC, PPB, court portals, VINE, federal and immigration locators, county sites, and outside search providers. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy governs its collection and use.
Advertising partners may use their own technology to recognize activity across websites and tailor ads. That tracking occurs on the partner's systems, subject to its controls.
When Data May Be Shared
We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be handled by:
- Search partners that process a submitted query
- Analytics services that measure site use
- Advertising networks that deliver ads
- Law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order
Security Practices
Reasonable standard safeguards are used to protect information under our control. No internet-connected service can promise perfect security, and this site cannot guarantee that a breach or unauthorized access will never occur.
Adults Only
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Use the Contacts page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
